Designed to handle heavy-duty antenna installations. We put a 5/8" hole in our aluminum mirror brackets to accommodate our DM-4A Dome Mount.
The DM-164A has a horizontal gripping groove in the clamp and L-bracket. This mount is made specifically for horizontal mirror arms, luggage racks or rails on boats or motorhomes.
The DM-264A mount only has a groove in the clamp so it may be turned either horizonally or vertically and therefor allow for installation in either plane. Optionally, the clamp may be omitted and the mount utilized as a side mount on any vertical surface.
You get all the features of two mounts, combined into one. Both models include stainless steel mounting hardware. WHERE TO BUY?
